I've been going to this place for years and I'm highly satisfied with everybody there. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable. And the office staff also! Very helpful with glasses. And I am ordering sunglasses now due to the helpfulness. Thank you. I highly recommend this place!
4 days ago The eye glass sales is a rip off! Best to go somewhere else. The red flag should have been when I was told they won't file my eyeglass purchase with my insurance because they lose money... , also should have paid attention when the sales girl called the previous girls that worked there as "incompetent","they had no idea what they were doing.." funny thing is , thats when all the good reviews were posted, also another quote "you'd be better off filling on your own because you will get discounts they wouldn't normal... read more
After I received Lasik eye surgery (Wolfe) in February, I attended the post-surgery routine follow-up appointment with Dr. Troy Albrecht at Insight Vision as advised by Wolfe. I know that most Lasik patients come in excited because their vision is everything they expected; however, mine is not, and I had spent several weeks post-surgery in anxiety, worried about the blurred vision that I have been experiencing. Insight Vision has the best staff and greatest customer service. Dr. Blake took awesome care of me while I was there by thoroughly looking at many areas of the eye. She did great at explaining what she is doing while she was doing it. The staff did an excellent job with getting glasses ordered and answering questions. Insight Vision always carries the cutest glasses! I will always be a patient at Insight Vision! :)
My whole family comes to Insight Vision. Dr. Blake is very thorough, friendly, and is GREAT with our kids. The service from the staff is second to none!
