Innovative Construction and Roofing is simply the best. We called their office and within hours they had their sales rep Austin out to check our home for hail damage. We knew that our siding was damaged, but had no idea that our gutters and roof had sustained so much harm. Austin walked us through the insurance process and explained the insurance report beautifully. Picking the company you want to repair your home after significant storm damage can be a daunting task. Everyone has heard the horror stories of people getting ripped off. Work not being completed or being done in an unprofessional manner. Phone calls not returned, etc. etc. Yes you can hedge your bets by checking the BBB. This company is pretty much the total package, from customer relations, to quality of their work. First off, they were far more responsive than the seven other companies I had called to get estimates on. My salesman Luke, showed up to my home within one day of me calling to request an estimate on a whole roof replacement. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, and was able to get me the final written cost of the project on the same day he came out to bid the job. Replacing your roof is a big deal in terms of cost, aesthetics, and project management. Our slate roof is a huge part of our house’s character and we needed people we could trust to do the job.
