I am very satisfied with Innovative Construction & Roofing. They worked directly with my insurance company and made sure that everything was handled properly. After the insurance agreed to replace my roof, they jumped into action. From start to finish, their communication was very professional. DO NOT BOTHER!!!!! I CONTACTING THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON MY ROOF!! THE SALESMAN JERKED ME AROUND ME FOR OVER TWO WEEKS!! STILL NEVER BOTHERED TO SHOW UP OR RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Innovative Construction and Roofing did an excellent job replacing the slate roof on my house and carriage house, which had hail damage from the May 25th storm. Innovative also made interior repairs for damages caused by the leaky roof. Patrick, the sales representative, helped me work with my insurance company and stayed on top of things during the whole process. Innovative did a fantastic job with the replacement of our slate roof and cooper gutters. We had a very steep hail damaged slate roof and the demo/ replacement was executed without any problems. They did a great job from start to finish, even helping us through the insurance claim process. The project manager, Tim , was professional, very responsive, and easy to work with. Greg and innovative construction did a great Job. After getting several bids, Greg was the only one who followed up and came back to my home, sat down and explained the insurance adjustment to me. The Job was completed in a timely manor. They used good material, not the crap the insurance company quoted for, and he explained all the material in detail. Afterwords, there wasn't any sign they were there except a new roof which looks great. I would definitely hire them in the future and I highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy with our new roof. Our salesman Craig did an exceptional job in taking care of all of the insurance paperwork. Our roof looks exceptional and would definitely recommend Innovative for a roofing contractor.

The sales rep. was pleasant, professional and made things easy for us. The roofers did all of the work in one day and cleaned up after they were done. We will tell our neighbors how satisfied we are with this company.
