I LOVED the business. I LOVED the business. They did a great job. They were fast,, efficient, and did excellent work. The workers were respectful and not intrusive at all. Jim Gross kept me up to date on EVERYTHING that was happening. I went to him with all my questions, and he answered them nicely and in depth. Jim Gross and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to my upmost satisfaction! They used the highest quality materials. The cleanup of the site was meticulously done as well! I would definitely recommend Innovative to anyone who asks about our new roof. The work is top notch!

After the recent hail storm, I noticed that a lot of roofs were going on in our neighborhood so I decided to have mine checked for damage. After viewing the work that was done on our street, one companies work stood out above the rest. Innovative Construction and Roofing work was far above the rest. I am a professional engineer and work for a very large contractor in the St. Louis area. When the storms hit this spring, I was sure my roof had suffered damage. After doing some research, I called Kevin Larson at Innovative. He responded immediately and made a thorough inspection of my roof, house, and deck. Just had a new roof put on in 2002. Recent hail storm of April 2012 resulted in major damages & since I was not pleased with company I used in 2002, I was on the hunt again. I checked Better Business Bureau, pleased with review, checked out Angie's List, again, very pleased. I called Innovative Roofing & construction, as well as 3 others. Overall, I had a good experience with Innovative Roofing, but I wanted to single out for special mention Tim Carroll who was in charge of the onsite roofing project. He did a great job with the roof and he and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. They started our very large roof at 7:00am and worked until dusk to get the job done in one day. Innovative Construction and Roofing with David and Tim Carroll handling a claim for me did an excellent job. The claim, plus work was handled in a respectful and efficient manner. They both went out of their way to satisfy what I wanted to have done on my home. The work was outstanding and I appreciated how much they worked, on my behalf, with the insurance company. I strongly recommend them for work you might want done on your home. They are the BEST!!!

I would like to take a moment and write a review on behalf of Innovative Construction and Roofing, I have known Jim G. for over 20 years and when I called him about the hail storm that hit the Bridgeton area he was willing to come out and meet with my adjuster and go over my claim thorougly with my son and I, The roofing crew was very attentive to our needs and extremely proficient in cleaning up, I did find a few nails that were in my driveway but again Jim explained that this was likely to occur and this was not an issue f... read more

We interviewed many roofers for our new home roof but chose Tim C. at Innovative. He acted more like a quiet, knowledgeable consultant. He answered all my questions and coordinated everything quickly with our insurance company. The crew that did the work was just as capable. They all seemed to work as a team on a very hot day. They found plenty of rotted wood in my old roof and they all worked very carefully ripping them out and replacing them.
