This is the company that deserves a star for customer service and upfront explanations of the work done. Tim Carroll was the most knowledgable in his field and the most upfront with quoting the job including all the insurance papers needed. The company was also understanding of the insurance business paperwork and payments. We are very happy and would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing or any other remodeling needs. Jeanne

I will recommend Innovative to my friends and family. Our sales person, Jim Gross, did a great job. He let us know all through the process what was going to happen and when. The crew was very respectful of our property and our time. Having a business in our home, they were able to work on Saturday for us, not disturbing the business at all. The new roof looks great and the follow up from the company is fantastic!!

I LOVED the business. They did a great job. They were fast,, efficient, and did excellent work. The workers were respectful and not intrusive at all. My foreman kept me up to date on EVERYTHING that was happening. I went to him with all my questions, and he answered them nicely and in depth. He also went out of his way to find out what was best for my husband and me, our finances, and our house. He researched specific ways to improve the air flow for my type of roof. From the time I was referred to Jim at Innovative Construction and Roofing by a friend of mine due to the hail storm in April, the experience was outstanding, I was going through some health issues at the time and Jim was very accommodating to my needs and worked around my medical visits, the roof and gutters exceeded my expectations and your crew was very neat and clean, Dwayne did some work on the kitchen from a leak and he was very kind and generous as well, I would definitely use your company again if needed.

Innovative was truly "innovative"! They suggested things for my roof that another roofer completely overlooked and they completed the job in a flash with professionalism. I would and have suggested Innovative without hesitation!

After the storm, I spoke with 11 contractors and accepted 4 bids. Initially, I had more hail damage repair needed than my insurance carrier had authorized. In addition to that, condensation was accelerating the boards' deterioration. I knew I wanted the low-profile ridge vent, but it was Tim's suggestion that we also vent along the fascia to aid air flow.
