To say that we are pleased with our roof from Innovative Construction and Roofing would be an understatement and I'll tell you why. My husband recently contracted with them to fulfill the work of a large insurance claim due to the April 2011 hail storm. If you have a hail-damaged roof, I highly recommend hiring Innovative Construction. The finished product was perfect, their roofers worked tirelessly in the heat to finish up as quickly as possible, communication was great, and anything we had a question about was addressed immediately. I also liked how they took care of everything with the insurance company. We didn't have to do one thing, other than the initial phone call!

Very professional and great customer service!. While selling our home in Olathe KS, our buyers requested that a reputable roofing company inspect the roof and repair as necessary. Innovative Roofing came to our home within a couple of days for an initial assessment and then returned to do a full report. It was refreshing to work with Colin who was always on time. Did a very nice job with roof, gutters, and exterior paint. Were quick, cleaned up nicely when the work was completed, and was available to attend to any problems/concerns I had when finished. Highly recommend.

Roof, gutters, and exterior paint were done fast, skillfully, and they cleaned up their mess promptly. They were also very willing to deal with any problem or question I had, and cleared up all issues promptly and to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

On April 3, 2011 our area was hit with a severe hail storm. Every home in our community received substantial damage. After doing some research on roofing/construction companies we chose to work with Innovative. I was throughly impressed by how quickly they were able to get the job completed. We were the first people on the block to get our roof completed and they finished replacing our entire wood shake roof with an asphalt shingle roof in only 2 days. In the fall of 2010 my home sustained hail damage to the roof and gutters. Unfortunately the insurance company denied my claim on my old wood shake roof at first. ICR was able to work, negotiate and basically fight with the insurance company on 4-different occassions. If not for Innovative Construction & Roofing I would have had to have spend 1000s of dollars out of my pocket! Innovative Construction and Roofing completed a roofing and gutters project in fall of 2010. They were very efficient, fair, thorough thru-out the investigation of hail damage to our roof.
