When the hail storm hit our house we were out of state my neighbor called me and said he met a salesman from Innovative roofing Co. he check them out and recommended them to me. Manny Lopez called me and he was on my roof checking out my damage before we got back in town. Innovative construction replaced my roof,gutters,downspouts,paint,windows. Innovative Construction came highly recommended to me from a friend of mine. Knowing my friend, and how hard he is to please, Innovative was a "no brainer" for me. My expectations were set high, yet Innovative Construction was able to exceed them. I had never filed an insurance claim before and didn't have time to deal with multiple contractors. They are very professional and do a great job. There is a real sense of urgency with crews that know what they are doing. They finished our roof amazingly quickly while doing it "the right way" and not cutting any corners. They have the capability of handling other jobs including gutters, painting, etc. They are also available after the job to answer any questions, concerns, etc. and do not disappear. I would recommend Innovative to anyone needing roof repairs.

These guys really deliver. They worked with my insurance agent from beginning to end, on my behalf, after the hail storm of April 2011. Gave me a better roof product than original, with a crew that was on the job for less than two days! They are polite, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. Innovative Construction did a great and professional job. They dealt directly with my insurance company throughout the entire process. I had hail damage to my roof, gutters, fence/deck, and a/c unit. They even took care of my window screens. I am very satisified with their work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dehn Cass with Innovative construction. Gary and Christian did an outstanding job from the very beginning. They worked closely with our insurance company whom would not total our roof out completely. They insisted that the adjusters reassess our roof after the initial assessment in which they were only going to cover 40% of the roof. After the second assessment we were able to replace the entire roof. Throughout the process the follow-up was remarkable and on a regular basis. Innovative and Dehn Cass are absolutely amazing!!! If anything, I am upset with myself for taking time off work to meet with 8 other companies before I talked with Innovative after the April hail storm in Kansas City. Innovative's products, services, and warranties sold themselves, but Dehn's attention to customer service was above everything. Excellent workmanship on replacing my roof. They were in and out in 2 days, which some of my neighbors have had roof construction going on for well over a week. They cleaned up very well after they completed the job and were great to work with.
