Our roof was totalled after a hail storm in the mid-west during April 2011. Gary was great and I found it to be a pleasure working with him to get our roof, screens, and gutters replaced. He bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with their work and made it a point to comply with our Home Association requirements. My experience with Gary and Patrick has been very satisfying when considering the difficult situation of dealing with storm damage to my home. The roofing crew was very professional and efficient and I am quite happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very easy and helpful to work with.
Gary and Christian with Innovative were so amazing to deal with. I had damage to my roof, gutters, screens and deck from a hail storm and they handled everything. Their expertise was incredible! They met with the inspector to ensure everything was accounted for and made the repairs quickly. They even scheduled my roof to be done while I was on vacation so when I got back it was all done. Christian worked with my insurance company and me to make sure I had the best roof possible for what the insurance company was willing to pay. They scheduled my roof replacement and gutter repair into their schedule on very short notice and completed the entire job in about two days. The crew worked quickly and kept all trash and debris clean. When the job was complete, everything looked great and there was absolutely no debris left behind. These guys are Simply Unbelievable! I had (fortunately!) never been in a position to need the services of a roofing company before the big hail storm here in eastern Kansas.
