Austin was proactive in helping me with insurance on the roof and did all he could to get me the claim. We didn't get insurance to cooperate, unfortunately. However, I couldn't be more statisfied with Austin and his willingness to do what he could. The roof was finished and Austin is still working with me to get interior damage done. I really do love this company.

Wonderful to work with! Christian, the owner was onsite daily to oversee the progress on our roof and gutters, as well as making himself available via email and/or phone for any questions or concerns we had. Unlike others in our neighborhood who had roofing materials in their driveway for up to a month, our materials were dropped off on a Wednesday and the project started the next day, completed by that Sunday evening. If you are in the Overland Park, Olathe, or KC metro area, I highly recommend using Innovative Construction and Roofing. Austin Barborak and Innovative were an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first home and insurance claim, State Farm denied our roof after the first inspection, after talking with Austin and Innovative they were not only able to get our roof paid for but also our gutters and our deck replaced. I met with several different roofing companies to repair our roof that was damaged in the hail storm back in April. Gary Lingo and the whole group at Innovative really took the time to sit down with my husband and I and go over everything regarding the roof, gutters, paint, etc...and show us exactly what they were going to do. Brian Benson provided outstanding customer service and helped me work with my insurance company and the adjustor to ensure all the damage my house experienced in a recent hail storm was documented and included in my claim.
