Very professional and deliver a quality product. Patrick McNichols and all the Innvative crews did a great job all the way through the repair of the hail damage to our house. Patrick had way more patience than I did in dealing with American Family Insurance, he continued to act professionally well after I was ready to fire them as my insurance company (still am). We were hit by a hail storm that damages our roof, gutters, siding and screens, as well as our newly stained deck and fence. After talking with our insurance company and neighbors with similar damage, we were not sure how to get a fair insurances estimate and settlement, let alone how to get all the repairs done. I just want to say that I usually do not give reviews, however, with my experience with Innovative Construction, I had to let everyone I can know how pleased I was with their service. We had our roof done as well as painting. They handled everything for us in a timely and professional matter. My home incurred significant damage from a HAIL STORM during April 2011. I met Gary Lingo while watching a neighbor's home being re-roofed and noted that Innovative Construction and Roofing (Innovative) had a large crew working that project. I invited Gary Lingo and Patrick McNichols to meet with me to recommend a better product to mitigate damage from future hail storms, and they suggested I consider a Decra Stone Coated Metal Roof (molded with a Shake appearance). Brian Benson did an incredible job for us. My original claim had been denied by my insurance company and Brian met with them and was able to identify the damages to my adjuster and my roof ended up being totaled. He was also able to show them additional damages that were initially not caught by my adjuster and got those paid as well. Very professional and great customer service!. Innovative Roofing came to our home within a couple of days for an estimate, provided us with a detailed quote and then, Aron followed up with a phone call to answer the questions we had. The crews were professional and only took 2 days to tear off and replace with new roof. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable contractor.
Manny and his Innovative team did an excellent job replacing our damaged roof. His crew removed and replaced our roof in less than 2 days! I was very impressed by his team. They were all very professional and even wore the same shirts! His crew cleaned up the yard before they went home and even allowed me to take a couple of photos with them with my children for their scrapbook. I think they both want to be roofers now.
