We recently had two blinds fitted and the service has been excellent from the visit to measure up to the fitting by Krzysztof who was pleasant and efficient. We have had blinds from Innovations before and would recommend them.

Whilst there were some teething issues during the initial phase of the service from Innovation blinds (the blinds we ordered were no longer available from the supplier), once this was resolved we found the company and the staff (in particular Matt and Craig) to be very helpful & professional. Moreover, the Venetian blinds we ordered look great, seem to be good quality and were significantly cheaper than some other quotes provided by competitors. We would recommend Innovation to others.
Sadly not the same local company they were. They went into administration in Oct 2023, and now the local family run business is no more. We had the new people round for a quote, and unbeknown to us at the time we were told their workmanship wasn't up to par and so that was why it had changed hands. We had (the original) Innovation Blinds fit a number of shutters for us in late 2020-2021 in multiple rooms. Sadly the new owners just don't seem to be as considerate or professional in our opinion.
