Having to post a review in ex husbands name . Having recently finished 7 Physiotherapy sessions here. I can highly recommend this team. All the members of staff are well trained highly personable people. The reception Lady is a delight. James for physio was friendly informative and professional. only had one massage with Kristian but he was very respectful and kind. Fantabulous team all round. James explains everything going on via several methods which really helps you understand whats going on.
I can’t recommend James at Innovate Physiotherapy highly enough. He has helped me tremendously with a number of issues – including ongoing neck problems, plantar fasciitis, and persistent back pain. When I made my appointment I could barely walk my knees were so painful . James was just ‘ yeah no problem we will have that sorted by next month ‘ . Well true to his word by doing the excercises he gave me the pain has gone . He is unlike any other physio I have seen , he is funny relaxed and extraordinarily talented . I only needed 3 appointments and then he gave me excercises to carry on with . Highly recommended
I found the staff absolutely amazing, so friendly, got an appointment within a few days, James was first class, really made me understand what my problem was, I would definately recommend Innovate Physiotherapy to anyone, from first contact with Beverley who was so helpful to the end of my treatment.
