inner space provided underfloor insulation and restoration service for my floor last November. The sales person Rob was all very nice and so was the installer. Just a shame that it seemed they didnt speak to each other so what I was sold was not what I got. I'm dubious that the insulation was installed properly as it seems it was the guys first time installing insulation. But the floor looked nice when finished. Very happy with Rob and his team
Sadly and frustratingly I had to take Inner Space Flooring to court. The many faults with the LVT installation have been documented by an independent expert in an inspection report for the court. A court hearing date is set for early December 2023 after which I will update this post. *January Update* The court has now ordered inner space to payout our claim. The payment deadline has not been met. Frustratingly we are now instructing the courts‘ bailiffs to collect payment on our behalf.
After undergoing the interview process for this company, I was hired and made to understand that I MUST be grateful for this as apparently I was chosen out of 300 applicants. I tried hard to prove myself, and did, but how this was received by Rob was only negative. His company clearly started going downhill a few months into employment. Vendors were not being paid, my co-workers began complaining of missed and sketchy payments, with myself following suit shortly after.
