I’ve taken part in Tara’s relaxation Sunday evening guidance and it was incredible. Tara has the most calming voice and the ability to stop my busy brain from thinking. I was super relaxed following the meditation and can highly recommend any of Tara’s services!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Tara enough! I had a public speaking event coming up and was getting increasingly anxious about it. I worked with Tara to train my mind to step away from the anxiety and I managed to do the event. I actually felt comfortable and confident whilst talking publicly! Tara truly put me at ease whilst we worked through my issues. Thank you Tara, you’ve made a huge difference!

Tara helped when I was struggling with anxiety and this was the start of everything changing for me, since then my life has completely changed for the better. The sessions allowed me to get my sleep routine in order, learn how to overcome overthinking and really boosted my confidence. I would recommend Tara to anyone, she is professional and kind.
