Thank you Phil and Mike — fantastic communication from start to finish. I had a few quotes, and InnerLoft came in well under the other two companies quoting over £600. I paid considerably less, and the service was top-notch. Communication was prompt (even on a Sunday!), the installation was quick and efficient, and everything was done within the timescale promised. They also kept my home spotless, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be having them back to board my loft in the autumn. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend this company. They boarded my loft, work was completed albeit to a poor standard. The loft boards joints weren't staggered. They only installed 4 loft legs across a span of 3m. So across the whole area of the loft, the entire load bearing area was only bearing across 4 ceiling joists. This is massively overloading those 4 joists. Very professional and worked hard! Arrived on time and completed the job well. The boys covered the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. It was good to have a demo of the loft ladder at the end. Smooth, easy and quick turnaround! Overall excellent service - would recommend to family and friends ☺️
