I have been renting property in London for 7 years, and this has been - by far - the easiest process I've experienced.
Securing our flat with Inner City Estates was a extremely quick and easy process. After having many offers declined due to bidding wars and really high offers, we viewed our new property in the morning, paid the holding deposit and submitted our offer, and had it accepted by the end of the day. Being new to the renting game made trying to find the perfect home quite daunting however as soon as I saw this property and was greeted by the amazing Paul i knew that i was in good hands.
