Although I heard the booking be made by the doctor for an mri… the MRI stated no appointment had been booked and this keeps happening when emergency try to book appointments, they are not being booked meaning the delay puts peoples health at serious risk
Reception rude, no communication, the person who did the MRI was pleasant enough, told to not move as expected (this was not my first MRI) went ok I thought then told by the Dr that the MRI didn’t work because I moved, and I can assure you I did not so I have to go back and I can’t even get through to them to ensure my appointment is booked in as the letter states to phone two days before, but can’t even get hold of them.
The experience was ok for me. No complaints. The scanners were not that noisy.
Atrocious service. Running 2 HOURS LATE. After leaving work early to get there. Asked to come back tomorrow. Quite literally the worst service.
Not a very good experience. Staff were very indifferent and uncommunicative. Zero patient interaction. They NEVER answer the telephone, which is a problem if you need to change an appointment. Not impressed at all.
