Really great location with an option of an open MRI.Watched TV while sitting comfortably. The very best MRI guy Marvin was super supportive and entertaining, I kept smiling all the time! The best place for imaging in London so far x
At the reception, two African ladies were incredibly arrogant and disrespectful to my mother, who has an immobility disability. Their behavior seriously hurt her. They should be ashamed of themselves; I can't understand how they can live with such a lack of empathy.
I was referred here for Open MRI because I have Chronic Claustrophobia, Practitioner MR Marvin and His Colleague that i forgot to ask her name( she was Lovely ) they were super Kind, Helpful and aware about my Situation. They made me feel Comfortable throughout the Scan . Also At the Reception everyone was respectful and Friendly.
Thank you to this wonderful team! Special thanks to Diane for standing by me and the receptionists en wonderful caring radiographers! appreciated more than I can say! You make a real difference to patients lives!
Don't trust this mri centre had MRI in march 2025 they sent my results to the wrong person. They then claimed that a condition I was diagnosed with in 2022 by themselves which isn't reversible as its a condition that gets worse as suddenly disappeared even though I'm loosing feeling in my legs since last MRI ive asked for a second opinion and was told by jess the manager NO
