The staff were all so hospitable. From the person in reception to the person taking and carrying out the MRI scanning. They took the patience and kindness to explain the procedure and what would happen. My mum couldnt walk so they helped wheelchair her up to the mri. Everyone created a lovely environment. Big thanks and a shout out to Marvin and Sienna. Also person at reception helping in calling for cab. They were a very friendly professional bunch. If need be would visit here again. Made me feel so comfortable and very relaxed
Upright MRI Fitzrovia , the staff were very welcoming and kind, they explained everything about the scan and answered any questions I had, I would like to thank all of the staff members with a special and sincere thank you to MRI Radiographers Mamta and Tiffani.
Me and my mum attended the hospital. Mervin and Mumta were amazing. My mum is claustrophobia and she completed the scan after 3 attempts at other hospital
