Their developer, Prince Rajput, is extremely difficult to communicate with. His approach is judgmental and frequently aggressive, creating an intimidating and unprofessional environment. This behavior prevents effective communication and makes interactions unnecessarily stressful and unproductive.

We've used these guys for 5+ years and they are easily the worst experience both purchasing Microsoft licenses, and purchasing hardware of any provider. Web portal is complete garbage, and support is nigh on useless. Company is way too big for itself and doesn't use their own product or care about their customers. Use other providers like Dicker, Pax8 or literally anyone else. We have slowly been migrating everything away, however their web portal and support being what it is, is making this challenging.
returned an intel nuc unit in Oct last year which purchased in Sep. made more than 10 phone calls and tons of emails in the past 5 months, still no refund, no solution, no replacement. have been dealing with ingram micro for the past 20 years this kind of service is shocking
