We have used Vivien to assist in various ‘Market Making’ activities, particularly cold calling by phone. The success rate of appointments made has always been good, and the quality of the meetings reflects that Viv is very good at getting to the right person. Like many people cold calling over the phone is something we can always prioritise below something else, almost anything else.
