The staff here is amazing, always so catering and courteous!!! On Sunday my car died in the Ingersoll parking lot at 4:35pm. The service station was closed at 4:00 and sales was closing at 5:00 but the sales rep went to find me some assistance. Tom and a young man came out to assist. On Satuday I got what I believe is our 3rd SUV from Ingersoll. Phil L. And the rest of the team have been amazing. They have never tried to fast talk us into something we don't want, and have always gotten us the best deal possible. Service is amazing as well. We couldn't be happier with the dealership. I made the appointment online for a repair. When my husband got there, he was told it was for an oil change, we've had the truck for 2 weeks, then they cancelled my oil change for August. The people are very nice so I gave this visit 3 starts but they need to be more organized or something with the online scheduling.
