Can't put into words how wonderful our experiences have been at Ingersoll Automotive. They have made it possible to have our dream vehicle - twice!! I bought a Chevy from this dealership about a week ago. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience! They were friendly and professional, and gave me a good price on the new car and on my trade. My salesmen were Pat Rustici and Phil Carson. It was the best and most stress-free car-buying experience I've ever had! (I had my previous car, a Buick, serviced here many times. There service dept. is also terrific!)

Fantastic customer service by Willie Lenhard. I was originally told that there were no loaner cars available, so I rented a car. Willie offered to reimburse me for the rental, and asked for more information to follow up with the person who told me there were no loaners. Great experience! Walked in and was greeted immediately, friendly and courteous. Bob Laber (my salesperson) and Pete in Finance were both a pleasure to deal with ... didn't feel rushed or pressured into purchase. The whole staff here is customer focused and the facility itself was inviting and immaculate. Love my new Traverse :)
