This dealership has the most friendly and helpful employees they are truly there to serve you the atmosphere is very inviting and you really leave there happier than when you came in you always leave with a smile!

I absolutely love the difference at Ingersoll! I pull in for service into a clean lovely garage that seems like all are waiting just for my car (they are very busy). The service staff at the desks are quickly attentive and never seem to think any of my questions are.... stupid. Our current Chevy Traverse is our first car bought from them, I guarantee it won't be our family last.... My fast growing teen is going to need a Suburban by the time we are done! I but a chevy cruze one year to go i past this winter and my car is rusty and he send me to the autobody and ifound the car was damage in the left side quarter panel and the dealer tell me we can paid haft 600 dollar next day call me the and said the we can't do nothing about it is no fear because if i know the car was damage I don't buy this is my second car i buy from ingersoll dandury and my last one . No buying use car in ingersoll danbury .
Hubby & I bought 2 Buicks 4 days ago. Our sales guy Ed Conway was friendly, funny, just awesome! Made the transaction so easy. While Ed was dealing w/paperwork other staffers took it upon themselves to show us around. The place is spotless. Very happy with them. BTW ..... the SUV's are great!
