From the moment you pull in to their service bay and hand over your keys you are treated with respect and professionalism. All service people are knowledgeable and clear in the repairs requested and offered. I usually use their courtesy shuttle and they are always fast and reliable. Charges were as stated with no additional fees. I would recommend to anyone. You can buy a car anywhere but it is the service that is the most important part of any business, that is what sets Ingersoll Auto apart.

Have dealt with Ingersoll since 2008 and have purchased 3 new GM cars from them over that period. They have been 100% trustworthy and reliable. Cars always 100% right when serviced. Sales and service personnel have been friendly and responsive at all time.
i went for my first service with my new Buick Enclave. I was met with speed, efficiency and courteous manner. The service was done close to one hour as stated. Pape is the greatest salesperson and even when I have called post sales has been helpful with walking me through any questions.
Thank you to all the staff at Ingersoll. My feelings have completely changed regarding those who work in the car industry. I arrived without an appointment because of a problem with my new XT5. The friendly, professional staff listened to my concerns and was able to find the source of my problem. They explained what needed to be done and kept be informed throughout the process.
