I purchased my 2017 Chevy Equinox from Ingersoll and I had the best experience ever! Pape was my salesman and he made sure I did not leave the lot without knowing everything there was to know about the car. I had no vehicle to drive and my rental needed to be returned before I could pick up my new car and he gave me a car just like the one I purchased to drive to work until mine was ready to be picked up. Ingersoll in Danbury is the best auto dealership I have ever worked with. I have purchased three cars from there now. I enjoy taking the car for service for the following reasons: the personnel are always so agreeable and happy,( I don't know what's in their morning coffee!), the whole building is pristine, including the waiting area AND my most favorite thing is the China cups for the complementary tea. Very impressive! Very happy customer here!��
Ingersoll is head and shoulders better than any dealership I've ever worked with. Great sales staff and very impressive service. Clean, neat, efficient and friendly is the best way to describe the staff and the surroundings. I bought my car from them in November 2013 and have had all servicing done there, I have only praise and not a single negative comment to make. Love the fact that the first 2 oil changes are free...just had my first service, which went quick and easy. It's also a great atmosphere...the staff greeted me nicely and courteously...the waiting area is awesome, which provided coffee and tea...
