Dennis and Alex are absolutely incredible. They went the extra mile to help me find the perfect helmet and install and set up the bluetooth Cardo app which was really fiddley. A massive thank you for your patience and super customer service skills.
I bought the Cardo duo intercom online and my unit stopped working after around 3 weeks of use. I contacted support and they told me to either send it back or pop in to a shop to have it looked at. As I suspected my amateur install and/or non existent maintenance plan might be to blame, I opted to pop into my local branch in Watford. The guys were super helpful and updated the firmware, reinstalled it tidily and hey presto! It works! I can't recommend them enough, friendly, helpful and even cleaned my lid from all the summer... read more
