I had a fantastic experience here. I came in for a routine check-up and found out I needed two fillings. Impressively, they managed to get both fillings done on the same day. The entire process — from check-up to completing the fillings — was done within an hour. Excellent work by the dentist, Helena, and a big thank you to Usher from the reception team for being so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
A friend of mine suggested this Dental Practice, she said she is was so pleased about their approach and customer services. So I also joined the Practice and I'm well pleased with their services, very supportive, and friendly atmosphere, one of the receptionist (Shari) was so nice to us. Thanks Shari.
I recently switched to this clinic from one very nearby. This clinic is far more comfortable and modern. My dentist Dr Helena Usher is fantastic. I'm very claustrophobic, and I was put instantly at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice. Btw. The front of house team are fantastic as well.
I first had an initial assessment with Dr Usher in December 2024. I found her very professional, relaxed, informative and helpful. She answered all of my questions and provided a detailed assessment report at my request outlining treatment options. Due to physical ill health i did not see her again til late April 2025. Dr Usher proceeded with exploratory treatment and further assessment and gave me more confidence to proceed with treatment. Just called to book an appointment and was offered one within four days, probably the fastest I’ve ever been offered. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Felt the need to review after an awful experience with the dentist next door. If you are trying to find a dentist in the area I’d definitely recommend here. They take nhs patients too!
