Do not use. They advertise they rent vans on there website. I booked one for a sat at 09:00 sat there for 45 minutes. Tried calling multiple times going straight to answer phone. Con artist
What an amazing guy!!! So I needed a van for literally an hour as I had a new settee coming and the last bit, the body, was just a bit too wide to fit in my boot. I went in, explained the sitch and he let me hire a van for about an hour at such a good price. Everywhere else would not have done that. They'd have said half day rate regardless so you'd be looking at £75 and above, but they let me have the van for less than £40. Top geezer, what a Gent. Saved the day. I prepaid for a van; cancelled because I didn't need it; and never got a refund. Just go anywhere else! The warning signs are that there are no Terms and Conditions on the website (so you don't know if you or they insure the vehicle, you don't know if you get unlimited or limited mileage, you don't know how to get the vehicle fixed if it breaks down, you don't know what the cancellation terms are, and you don't know what the late charges are) plus when you pay your money to reserve a vehicle, you get no confirmation (ie they... read more
An absolute joke this person is. Sold me a van with an immobiliser and no fob. Asked about it and was told to get my van remapped. Never got my logbook, and after so many ignored fone calls I sent off for it myself (v65 form). The little dent in the side turned out to be a significant one. It got delivered at 23.30. This came with 12 months mot. Both front tyres were bald on the inners the spare had wire showing, and the anti roll bars were totally shot. Makes me wonder about the mot now. What a waste of space booked a van to move my mum on Saturday morning and the clowns wasn’t even there to collect this at 9.15am. I had to go elsewhere where I then spoke to someone else that had exact same experience as me on the same day they are clearly cowboys avoid at all cost
