I had the pleasure of working with the sales team of Mattias & Pete (sales manager) purchasing my Q70. The service was exceptional and John the finance manager made the transaction smooth and painless. This was without any hesitation the BEST car buying experience I have ever had bar none!!! Paul is the best service advisor one can ask for. He is always helpful and he really works hard for the customer. I recently had my driver side window motor replaced and Paul made sure I was well taken care of. I would recommend them to friends and family!
Great experience as always. 4 years of service at Lia Infinity (always for PM...never had anything wrong with the car) and from the smiling face of the representative when checking in to the freshly washed car when leaving, it is great with 2 lounges to wait in that are certainly clean and comfortable. I have been dealing with Lisa Dugan and Steve Coones since they worked at Lia Nissan and they don't come better than the 2 of them at any other dealership I've been at.
I recently leased and brought a car from Infiniti Tampa. Our sales personal Randall Terry was exceptional and John the finance manager made us feel very welcomed. We had some electronics issues prior to leaving the dealrship with our used car and Randall and staff accommodated my 7 month pregnant wife and I. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I purchased my car at Lia Infiniti some 10 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. My service rep, Lisa Dugan, has been exceptional in seeing that my car stays in top running performance. Sometimes I decline the offer of a loaner and the waiting room is clean and comfortable, equipped with wi-fi and beverages. Good service!
My husband and have been loyal Infiniti fans for years. We keep coming back due to the service. Dave Grooms is #1.
I always go for them for a oil change, and for the price it's awesome and really quick. I broke a bolt, and they replaced it for cheap. I always recommended them. Paul is the person you want to go to see a service advisor. I recommended it to my family and friends
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Infiniti. I certainly look forward to our next Infiniti purchase.
