First off I would like to say that I never write reviews on Yelp no matter how bad they are but this one needs to be written. A salesman by the name of Jason and his sidekick Simon told me that I had a certain deal negotiated. I went to go pick up the car and it was the worst experience ever as they had made me wait an hour even though the deal was negotiated. Loved that the attendant got my car while Spence and I concluded the payment part. My car was nicely cleaned and ready to go. enjoyed the bottle of H2O left in my car for me for the ride home. I had a great experience purchasing a car at Jim Coleman Infiniti. My experience (from testing driving to financing) was free of drama, head games, and stress. This was largely due to my sales person, Arthur Hall who was personable and straightforward, and worked with me to get an excellent deal.
