After walking out of 2 different dealerships, I was honestly starting to feel discouraged. I walked into Billd Dodge GMC and Kyle (my salesman) was eager and willing to help. We were just browsing the inventory at Autonation Infiniti in Tustin and ended up buying a fantastic car! His knowledge was exceptional and he was extremely personable making it very easy to work together. I had gone to other dealerships and there was no comparison in terms of customer service. The service is ok. They are too busy to give much personal attention. Even with appointment, you may have to wait.
Great service, as usual, on my latest visit. I've had my 2003 G35 serviced here for over 10 years. This time was in for an alignment and 4 new tires. The current buy 3 get 4th tire for $1 promotion made it a great price, and I always prefer having Infiniti experts handling the work. Great to see my service advisor Eddie again and the entire staff is courteous and helpful.
