No car problems but the extended warranty service they offer is horrible. Louisiana Dearer Service wants your money but when you cancel it they refuse to refund you anything. Read the fine print on the back of the contract before you buy an extended warranty thru them. I still had 3 years and 40,000 miles left but got zero back from them.

Very poor customer service. They will contact you three times in one day to confirm you want to purchase a specific vehicle, but they did not have the courtesy to let me know it was no longer available only 24 hours later. Tori needs to be more prepared for her scheduled appointments.
Treyvon Thomas was my salesman yesterday and I really couldn't have asked for better service. He actually listened ya'll!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have purchased a car and just wanted to get out...but yesterday this was not the case. As I waited to meet with the Finance guy to sign all of my papers, Treyvon actually sat with me in his office and we chit chatted about everything under the sun! He is a genuine guy and top notch!
