My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Infinity with Mr Luay! We did not feel like we were at a dealership at all! Their customer service goes above and beyond! We bought a used vehicle, and had planned to sell our current vehicle privately. They offered to do the courtesy trade for us, which made the whole process so easy! They not only did extra FREE services on our new vehicle, but they treated our private buyers as one of their own customers also. Very happy customers!!
Special thanks to Mr. Luay for allowing us to get such a great vehicle and then going above and beyond to add new front tires, new windshield, oil change, and new filters without costing us any thing!!!
