Worst service experiences at this dealership. The Baton Rouge dealership goes over and beyond to work with their customers, having great knowledge of warranty issues and appearing to care about their service. Do yourself a favor and drive to Baton Rouge or the nearest Nissan dealership.

Best customer service I have ever experienced ! We traded in a GMC Yukon mainly so we no longer had to deal with the service department at another local dealership. From day 1 this Infiniti dealership has treated us with none other than superior service. No hassle when purchasing, greet you by name and never hesitate to make accommodations! Dropped my vehicle off for servicing, signed paperwork and was in a loaner in less than 5 minutes. Same thing when I picked it up. BRAVO for being a step above the rest �
Made appointment for 2 recalls. Got there early and they started right on my QX60. Had my god daughter with me who enjoyed the snacks they had to offer, she said wow they feed you snacks free. They fixed my recalls in a timely manner. You know that it had to be pretty fast for my god daughter who is 7 said wow this didn't take long.They also changed out my battery in my clicker and gave an extra one too. Even thou I did not buy my SUV with them they treated me like I did. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!
We had to line up service due to two recalls while we were in town (traveling for two weeks). Aaron Martin was very courteous and took personal care for us. The service was completed very timely and my car now runs smoother than it did when I bought it. Thanks team Infiniti!
