I showed up for my service appointment this morning to be told they had no loaner for me. I have been driving an Infiniti for the last 16 years and they didn’t even have my name in their system. My first Infiniti was serviced at the small service and used car shop until the new dealership was opened. I was always given a loaner for anything I went in for.
