RecommendedService department is amazing!
Made an appointment online on Wednesday to bring my car in today, Saturday, for a moonroof shade that won't open and a service light that won't go away. I live 2 hours out of town and was literally tanking up to head to the dealership when I get a phone call telling me that they don't perform these services on Saturday. First off, what happens to those folks who can only come in on Saturday? Secondly, why wait until 2 hours before appointment time to call your customer to make them aware of the issue? I love my Lafayette Dealership. I never have a problem getting in, to have my vehicle serviced. The sales people are always nice and friendly. The service there is excellent!
I really like the friendly sales people . I went on May 22 ,and I brought a 2011 GMC Acadia . I just love my SUV , the only thing is that my Air condition on the passages side don’t blow cold air . I went back on May 23 to tell them about . I was told that the machine to check the air condition was broke , that they was waiting for the man to come out and fix it . I never like to leave feedback for any place of business. But this place will never earn my business again. My daughter only have 12,000 mile in her car her car is only a year and half old and she got told she need two new tires in front change out . Not good business I’m so mad .😡😡😡.
I definitely recommend Infiniti of Lafayette to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Luay was my sales person, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with myself and my daughter showing us all the great features of our brand new QX60.
