I just purchased my third Infiniti last weekend. My experience was a little different this time because I found my car online and negotiated from New Orleans! I was a little hesitant at first, but my sales rep, Justin Nelson, reassured me that everything would be as we had already agreed upon and he would have everything prepared for me. It was actually one of the best experiences that I’ve had buying a car!

I bought my Acura TLX yesterday and what a great car. Luay the salesman was so pleasant to work with. I purchased this vehicle on March 19th! Had to bring my vehicle get serviced 3 days later. The service department is the worst ever and after getting my vehicle back it looks like the fan wasn’t tightened after replacing the compressor and now the fans are making a loud noise.
