Great customer service
Terrible, immature customer service. I was hung up on multiple times by front desk receptionist. Never was able to reach a salesperson. When asked to speak with manager told it was a “waste of time”. The front desk receptionist then went on to impersonate the managers. When questioned if they were the managers, as the voice sounded the same, they simply hung up. Stay far away - as from this interaction I’m left to believe this company is most likely is a scam.
After placing a deposit on a vehicle and being assured that the condition was excellent, I arranged transportation from out of state. A day before the arranged transaction, I received a call saying that the vehicle was no longer available. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I have had with a dealership.

Debra called me about my inquiry in the 2014 MB GLK250 BlueTec .I went to dealership on 2/1/20, My fiancee & I was greeted very warmly by just about everyone there, just like family. Debra introduced us to Mario (salesman) & he also very welcoming. Mario showed us the car (very clean) in & out. We took it for a test drive & loved it. Mario turned out to be the exact person we needed. He got the job done & we drove off in the MB GLK the same day. Thanks to Mario,Debra & the fiance team.
They listed a low price for that m2 But the reality is they hit u with a 2000$ dealer fee 900$ doc +tax ... numbers don’t add up when u try to finance it
