They called me back promptly. Unfortunately I could not get there quickly enough and car was sold

I called the 6 times and spoken difference people. I told them, the car, I want to buy it. they told me, I am going to check and called you back in 30 minutes. no body call me back. they took, my name and phone number. Really bad customer service. I rate they service are zero.

Called the dealership at 10 am and asked if the car is available because I am coming from far away and they said yes it’s available, will have it ready for you, what time are you coming?i said 1:00pm and asked again you sure the car is on the lot because I don’t want to drive there then you tell me it’s just got sold, Debora said it’s available and will see at 1:00. I spoke with representatives 3 times and made drive 1 hr to close the deal on the vehicle based on the representative assume that the vehicle is available. When I got there she then inform me that someone made a down payment. This was my experience the classic example of bait and switch.
