Great work from sales
Without question the WORST customer response experience. You cannot talk to a salesperson. You’re directed to a Business Manager Deborah who never picks up her phone. You reach voicemail that’s always full but for a person of another name entirely. I saw a 2014 Mercedes GL450 listed on a Sunday and called immediately. No answer which I understand for that day. Nice inventory, dealt with Debbie over the phone and bought the car from Jason whom was very professional!!!
The car was priced at 12,995 + 2000 dollars for a 130 point inspection fee, and other fees that priced the car around 17,000 dollars. I felt that dealership was deceptive.

Called me to make an appointment, they said truck is available and ready to go. I get there 1 day later and truck was sold. If that’s how they treat potential new customers like that, I could imagine how they treat existing customers. I could tell it’s a dealership that can’t be trusted. Good luck future customers.
