I call to ask for a ford f150 at the time i speaking costumers service was available like 10 minutes after they call me back and told me the truck was already sold.

Good experience.
My experience was horrible I went in under the impression I was negotiating a price I saw online and when I got to the dealership they tacked on another $3000 for some kind of inspection truck when they purchased it I didnât realize I had to pay for that to be done I donât even own the truck .
They were great,real professional ,and courteous.
I had a very good experience at this dealership, even though I didn't end up buying the car I was looking at. Jason Kim was very professional and did everything he could to make the car affordable for me. He was very understanding of my situation and did his very best to get me into the car of my dreams. A week to two weeks ago I Emailed and got no response. Called and left messages again no response. Called again and was able to leave a message on Deborah's VM. She did call back, told me the vehicle was available and when I asked her to supply pictures of the actual vehicle she said the person is out of business that used to take the photos. I went to there two times. I choose the car and ready to have it but they tell me that how I would pay I said I will finance that car I gave my information then they said approved . But they added 3975$ for car Advertisements and keeping that car in side the building and so on . I was so much surprised then I decided not to have it then the representative said me that my credit score will be get down I just said to him f*** it . Kind of trap.
