At the risk of sounding like a paid advertisement, I can't say enough good things about Infiniti Columbus. They've always been terrific to our family with both of our vehicles, but today they went above and beyond. I came out of swim practice with two kids a car full of swim gear and a dead battery. After a jump start and an impromptu visit to the dealer they had us in and out in 20 mins, with drinks and warm cookies for the kids and no mountains of paperwork. I can not express enough how refreshing it is to see that at least one company out there still knows what customer service is all about. Tom, the service mgr and Jason Gary took such good care of me that going forward, I will buy every vehicle from this dealership just so that I can have access to the service department. OK so I'm now driving my 10th Infiniti! Yep, I think if you buy 10, you should get the 11th for free! Should be the new policy -- HaHa. I love the brand - super reliable, solid and fun to drive. And the team at Infiniti of Columbus is unbeatable. I started with a maroon J30 and a gold QX4 ('loved that truck). I now drive a 2013 M37x and my wife has a2011 QX56.
