We went to look at a used Buick Encore that was priced significantly lower than we'd seen. We expected the car to be gone, or priced higher, or misrepresented in the online pictures. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what I was looking for, priced as advertised, and in great shape for 4 years old. Our salesman Radu was knowledgeable about the car and gave us plenty of time to look it over. He and the finance guy Zack were upfront and honest and we enjoyed our car buying experience. Thanks guys, I love my car!

I will never go back they are rude hell i wish i couldn’t even give it a 1 star cause they aren’t even worth that getting someone to help you is almost impossible and make up reasons they can’t refund you you’re money what car dealership don’t have $85 to refund you and takes 60days to send you a check? if you want good service go to Germain infiniti of easton
If I could give zero Stars I would. Absolute worst customer service and the service department that I've ever dealt with. I've dealt with a lot of service departments and this is by far the worst. The first person I interact with is Andy in service. Told him that I was there to pick up a vehicle and told him the person's name he said that he knew nothing of it didn't know who that was and that it wasn't his problem and ignored me. So this place employs a guy , Steve Graham, who while bringing a car for a test drive to my girlfriend tells her that she has" black girl butt that he can bounce quarters of off", calls her baby girl repeatedly, etc. she called General Manager and he tried to sweep it under the rug and says that he won't fire him while also acknowledging that this is not his first complaint. Great job, especially in the light of recent events in the news
