Great place to buy a car! Great staff. Very professional.
Overall, I liked the saleperson I was dealing with. I had asked about the brakes and they said the brakes were at 5mm after it went through the service dept yet here I am today getting the brakes and rotors replaced because the rotors are warped and brakes are actually at 3mm. The wheels are not balanced either, so that is getting done also. I would say the service dept needs to do a better job of checking out the cars before letting them on the lot. I have only had the car 3 days.

The service lady were very nice, while I was describe her some problem of my infinity M35, there were serviceman doing my battery test already, overall, I was very happy with their services

I bought my car in 2010 and everything from sales to service has been first rate. My car is still in excellent condition after almost 90,000 miles and I have no reservations in recommending Infiniti in general and Infiniti of Columbus in particular. ��
