Randy Mason made my buying experience very easy. Customer service is top notch.
My husband and I both have vehicles that we've purchased and extremely happy with the customer service until recently. He took his car in for service and someone stole his checkbook that was hidden in his car. Very disappointed in the GM that then tried to turn the situation back on us.
