Purchased a Certified Per-owned car. Three weeks later, took the car to my local Infiniti dealer and discovered they had not performed all required maintenance required to meet CPO certification. Asked them to cover this cost and they stopped returning my emails.
Horrible customer service as soon as you leave the lot. I have read several reviews and a few of you mention "Christian values". I am not sure how any of you are under that impression if you have actually visited the dealership. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you...it is evident to me, at least, that they do not follow that belief.
