Received horrible service from Patrick, Ran my credit without my consent during my first visit with them. Didn’t receive an apology from him. He brings in Nima, which is just as terrible as him, requested a call from her & she couldn’t even dial in she had Edgar from their sales team reach out. RecommendedI received a warm welcome when I came. The associate was highly knowledgeable. She wrote up an order of the services I thought I needed. She invited me food and drinks. She kept me informed about the car and prices on email and in person. She explained what was needed and told be it would be about 2 hrs and offered me a rental car.
