The customer service is horrifying. I have been trying to return my lease and when I called the dealership, they had THE AUDACITY to tell me that I would have to pay insurance on a car for an ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS - because they couldn’t accommodate checking my odometer for mileage and apparently will be too busy to grab the inspection report due to no one being available to take my appointment for 2 weeks.
