I paid for the Ultimate Platinum Protection Plan for five years or 60 months. The financial manager at the time assured my wife and I that we would receive a refund for the prorated duration at the time I decided to turn in the lease or I would be able to keep the vehicle and the policy for the full five years. My lease was for 39 months and I decided to return my vehicle. This use to be a dealership that I didn’t mind servicing my car because I knew it would be right and they want try to kill your pockets on purpose😊. The employees were really nice and would speak to everybody. But now we are just money coming in the door and fools that they have overcharged going out the door. They don’t even speak.
