On March 9th, 2020 I went in to trade my lease in for another vehicle. I was in the market for the exact same vehicle that I had previously leased. They had a similar vehicle on the lot that I purchased. I was told by the sale rep, Chris Huffman, and the finance manager Mo Zurieiqi, if I purchased and financed the vehicle through Infiniti, I would not have to pay the disposition fee of $395 or the extra milage. I was in the dealership this morning. As I was walking out, the floor was wet. I slipped and fell on my back, hitting my head on the tile floor. Several employees asked if I was ok, but that was all. No signs posted about wet floors until after my fall. No one has called to check on me or anything. Clearly they don’t care about customer safety or whether I would be returning which I will not.
