Car buying made easy with true professionals. Cory King was amazing and even spotted the car I was comparing him too was not actually a one owner but a rental car. Amazing the tricks dealerships pull to sell a car and Everett Infiniti sold me a legit one owner car, well maintained, for a little more money but was twice the car. I have owned three Infiniti’s through many different dealership owners and Everett is by far my favorite. Today I visited for an oil change and was promptly met by Natalie before I even put my car in park. She greeted me with a big smile, asked me how my morning was going followed by my name and what I’m having done today. She then led me inside, opened the door and showed me around the new dealership. Update to review: the initial response to my issue was quick and positive. However, it has been 2 1/2 weeks of my husband and I calling and leaving voicemails with no resolution. The wheel that they ordered was supposed to be in within a couple days. It's been 3 weeks since we were told that and we have not received so much as a phone call, let alone the wheel. We have both called multiple times and left multiple voicemails, but apparently we don't warrant a call back, even just to update us on the status of our wheel. I wil... read more
